STRATEGY
There's a new kid in town — serving up succulent Aussie chicken, an uncommon take on healthiness, and a whole lot of attitude! Looking to set up shop in Hong Kong, the founders of Little Birdy approached me to establish a strong brand identity that attracted a younger demographic of customers looking for a great dining experience with a humorous twist, as well as delivering a responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly digital and brand experience that reflected their unique selling proposition and lively personality.
The project scope involved a comprehensive range of services spanning brand strategy, design thinking & co-creation workshops, logo design, naming, visual identity, packaging design, restaurant collateral design and brand guidelines. Additionally, I undertook website design with emphasis on CMS and e-commerce features, ensuring a holistic and seamless customer journey.
LITTLE BIRDY, BIG PERSONALITY
Running ideation workshops and user research, I co-created the brand, including naming and visual identity, with the stakeholders, as well as uncovering uniques truths that'll set them apart and help cut through the clutter of the industry.
We defined the brand DNA and developed a business strategy that captured new opportunities for growth — connecting every dot in the customer journey into meaningful, simple experiences that reinforced the brand, its vision and their business.
As part of the exploration phase, I helped build and stress-tested compelling stories and visual identities that responded to different aspects of the restaurant and the neighborhood, creating emotional and visually expressive and rich brand territories.
POULTRY IN MOTION
With a bold colour palette, confident yet cheeky tone of voice, a bank of fresh animations and motion graphics, and the goal of improving simplicity and user-friendliness guiding both our design and UI/UX principles — we managed to create an ecosystem where all the ideas, products and experiences really brought Little Birdy to life.
